TRACK
To make sure your plan is working, we track every workout with an app: sets, reps, weight lifted, and more. This gives us a high-level view of your strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall performance.
ADJUST
Every few weeks, we adjust and refine your plan based on your progress. This keeps you moving forward without burning out or hitting plateaus.
