Most personal trainers were always fit. I wasn’t.

I grew up playing sports. But in my teens, I fell off track. I gained weight and stopped caring about exercise. I found myself out of shape, and I couldn’t do the things I loved anymore.

When I decided to turn things around, I jumped into working out. I had no idea what I was doing, but I thought I’d get strong again if I just kept showing up. Instead, my back ached, my joints hurt, and I was exhausted. I realized just training harder wasn’t enough. I needed to train smarter.

I started studying movement, strength, and injury prevention. It worked! I got strong again and had tons of energy. My joints stopped hurting.

Once I learned how to train safely, efficiently, and effectively, I knew I could help others who were going through the same struggles.

20+ Years of Coaching Experience

I turned my passion for fitness into a career as a personal trainer in my early 20s, and I haven’t looked back since. Over the last two decades, I’ve:

Worked with 1,000+ clients, from beginners to competitive athletes
Run multiple gyms as a general manager, refining the best coaching methods
Specialized in strength, mobility, and pain-free movement to help people train more effectively.

How I Can Help You

Now, I work with a very small number of clients as an in-home personal trainer in Silicon Valley. This approach allows me to deliver personalized, high-level fitness coaching with a level of attention and customization that just isn’t possible in a crowded gym setting.

With in-home personal training, I help you:

  • Save time with efficient workouts. You get a customized, results-driven program tailored to your schedule, space, and equipment.

  • Train smarter, not harder. You avoid the common mistakes that lead to injuries and setbacks. My approach focuses on strength, mobility, and longevity, so you move better and stay pain-free.

  • Stay consistent and get real results. No more struggling to fit workouts into an already packed schedule. Fitness becomes seamless, convenient, and sustainable.

If you’re ready to hit your goals without the hassle of a gym or a commute, let’s talk.

Why Latham Fit?

I know there are lots of personal trainers out there for you to choose from.

What sets me apart is the level of care, customization, and expertise I bring. This is not the same series of workouts that I deliver to every client. It’s a full-service program that addresses every aspect of your health: fitness, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle.

My clients choose me because I deliver results they’ve struggled to achieve anywhere else.

A lot of clients come to me after disappointing fitness experiences elsewhere. The difference is that I take the time to understand your unique challenges and goals. Together, we’ll create a system that not only works but fits your life.

Ultimate Flexibility

As one of my select personal training clients, you receive priority scheduling. I also block a buffer zone around your scheduled workout to allow for flexibility.

Completely Personalized

Your plan is designed specifically for you, your body, and your goals.

Unbeatable Convenience

You work out in the comfort and privacy of your own home OR live with me on Zoom. No fighting traffic, looking for parking, or waiting for dumbbells to free up.

More Than Fitness

We address the mental and emotional side of health for long-term results.

Add Martial Arts to Your Training

If you’re interested in martial arts, we can integrate it into your training. With black belts in Lotar Krav Maga and Mejin Cai (MMA), I offer coaching in striking, grappling, and self-defense techniques alongside your strength and conditioning work.

Martial arts training improves coordination, agility, and mental resilience while adding variety to your workouts. It’s a great way to build confidence, develop new skills, and challenge yourself in a different way. Let’s add it to your plan if it’s something you want to explore.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • You don’t need a fully stocked home gym to get started. I can design an effective workout using whatever equipment you already have—whether that’s with bodyweight only, just a pair of dumbbells, or a full home setup.

If you don’t have any equipment, that’s not a problem either. I can recommend the best options based on your space and goals so you can get the most value without unnecessary purchases.

My approach is all about making fitness work for you, not the other way around.

  • I understand that you have a demanding schedule. That’s why I specialize in training busy professionals. I tailor everything around your availability and goals. I also offer unmatched flexibility in scheduling, so you’re not wasting time. Plus, we’ll focus on efficient sessions that maximize results in minimal time.

  • Of course—but the real question is, will you? It’s easy to start a new fitness plan. It’s much harder to sustain progress, adapt as you improve, and know exactly what works for your body. Without expert guidance, most people struggle with ineffective routines, plateaus, and inconsistency.

My role is to eliminate the guesswork with personalized strategy that evolves as you do. That’s how you stop spinning your wheels and start seeing real, lasting results.

  • Absolutely—and you’ll have the data to prove it.

Every program I design is built around measurable outcomes and regular assessments to track your progress. Many of my clients experience breakthrough results within the first few months. With the right strategy, progress is inevitable.

  • The clients I work with are often those who don’t think they “need” it until they experience the difference. My job is to help you go beyond what you thought was possible—not just in fitness but in how you feel and live every day. That said, if you are looking for a more hands-off approach, this probably isn’t the right fit for you.

  • This isn’t just personal training. It’s a comprehensive health and performance system. You’re not paying for sessions; you’re investing in a concierge service that includes strength training, nutrition, accountability, and unlimited access.

Your health is everything. If you don’t invest in it now, you will pay for it later. My clients often say it’s one of the best investments they’ve ever made.
